Delivery will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt of your order.

You will always be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Goods 

If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us within 48hrs of receipt, we will then resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Cancellation

Customers have a 7 days cooling off period after having placed their order.

Credit / Debit Card Security 

Card payments are processed securely online by Stripe , an established, independent and secure service. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are verified and processed online by Stripe. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Security Measures 

No credit card transactions take place on this site. Upon proceeding to the credit checkout, the customer is redirected to a secure server hosted by Stripe , the security of which can be verified with reference to the "locked padlock" icon displayed on the web browser. Customer credit card details are processed exclusively on Stripe's secure system, they do not leave this secure system at any point. Consequently, credit card details are not sent to Boca10 Ltd and will not be stored in any form on our premises.
